What happens to my data if I downgrade to Free? +

Your data is never deleted. All logs, transactions, lessons, and history stay intact. You’ll just lose access to premium features until you re-subscribe.

Can I cancel anytime? +

Yes, absolutely. No contracts, no cancellation fees. You keep Pro/Elite access until the end of your billing period. Cancel from your dashboard in one click.

What is Lifetime (offline)? +

A one-time purchase ($149.99 on the website, $199.99 in-app) that unlocks offline-capable tools permanently — writing, learn and wellness AI packs, offline dictation, offline narration, OCR, Snap Translate, ID Photo Studio background removal, PDF tools, budget, habits, hydration, and step tracking. It also includes a one-time 1,000 credit grant for supported cloud features. No subscription, no expiry, no monthly fees. This is not “Unlimited AI” — cloud AI features like Canvas image generation, StatementIQ scan/image statements, and video generation still require credits or tool-specific limits after the included 1,000 credits are used. Optional online sync exists only for supported features such as Mind journal, Flow tasks, sleep, workouts, hydration, and selected health logs. Finance and StatementIQ data are not marketed as universal cross-device sync. Content-creation tool outputs (Creator Studio history, PDF Studio signature/output state, Resume Builder drafts, E-Sign Vault signatures) remain on your device and are not cloud-synced. Some generation paths may still use temporary cloud processing unless an offline pack handles them.

How long does the Clarity Pass last? +

Clarity Pass is $249.99 one-time for 24 months of access. It includes 500 credits every month, 500 StatementIQ text-PDF pages per month, and up to 150 Canvas images per month within Clarity Pass fair use. It is limited to the first 1,000 members or the launch window, whichever ends first, and is available on the website only. Clarity Pass is its own tier (not equal to Elite) and does not auto-renew after 24 months.

What is your refund policy? +

We offer a 7-day refund of unused credits for eligible web purchases. Email support@jscreatorpro.app with your order email and we’ll review your remaining unused credits before issuing a refund within 3–5 business days. Purchases made through mobile app stores follow their respective refund policies.

Do I need separate accounts for the app and website? +

No. You use the same Google account everywhere. Sign in on the website, subscribe, and your app automatically reflects your plan within seconds.
