We stand behind Clarity. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day refund of unused credits for eligible web purchases. This Refund Policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
Email support@jscreatorpro.app with subject line "Refund Request — [your email]". Include your order confirmation number or the email used during checkout, plus the reason for your request. We process approved refunds within 3–5 business days.
For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refunds must be requested directly through the respective store's refund policy. We cannot process store refunds on their behalf.
All web purchases via our website are reviewed under the 7-day unused-credit refund policy. Contact support@jscreatorpro.app and we will verify remaining unused credits before initiating the Stripe refund. You can also manage or cancel your web subscription anytime via the billing portal.
We automatically refund the credits for any request where:
No action is required on your side — credits reappear in your wallet within minutes.
The Clarity Pass follows the same 7-day unused-credit refund policy. After 7 days, it is non-refundable and continues through the 24-month access period. Fair use applies.
Upon refund, your account will revert to the Free plan. Any data you've created will be preserved for 30 days, after which it may be deleted if you don't re-subscribe.
Nothing in this policy removes or limits any statutory right you have as a consumer. If you are in the EU or UK, you may be entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal on digital content before you start using it. Once you begin using digital content (e.g. use your first credit), the right of withdrawal may lapse under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
