5) Do you sell my personal data?

6) Is StatementIQ private?
StatementIQ processing is designed for secure document handling. Uploads are processed to extract structured transaction data for user workflows and reporting.
7) Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel subscriptions according to plan terms and platform billing rules. If you need help, support can walk you through the exact steps.
8) Is there a refund policy?

9) Do I need multiple apps with Clarity?
Most users can replace several single-purpose subscriptions because Clarity consolidates overlapping capabilities into one integrated system.
10) Is there a free experience?
Yes. Clarity provides free tools and learning content, plus product modules depending on your selected plan.
11) How do I start with finance features?
Begin with StatementIQ to structure your statement data, then use Vault budgeting to categorize spend and monitor trends.
12) How do I improve retention with productivity features?
Use focused routines, timer-based execution, and simple weekly reviews. The goal is to create repeatable workflows, not one-time setup.
13) Can I use Clarity internationally?
Yes. Core workflows are web-based and built for cross-region usage. Some integrations may vary by provider and locale.
14) Can I choose device-only storage instead of cloud?
Yes. For eligible modules, you can choose device-only behavior. If cloud sync is off, eligible data stays local on your device.
15) What if I want to use multiple devices?
If you want eligible records across multiple devices, cloud sync must be turned on for those modules. Device-only mode keeps eligible data local.
16) Does leaderboard participation require cloud sync?
Yes. Leaderboard ranking and cross-user comparison require cloud publication for that feature.
17) Will StatementIQ ever cloud-sync my statements?
No. StatementIQ is treated as sensitive and confidential. Statement files and extracted outputs are not allowed to cloud-sync as personal historical records.
18) Are content-creation tool outputs cloud-synced?
No. Creator Studio history/output state, PDF Studio signature vault/output state, Resume Builder drafts, and E-Sign Vault signatures are stored on your device and are not cloud-synced.
19) Is my account protected?
Clarity applies security best practices including strong authentication mechanisms and policy controls. Users should also enable strong password hygiene.
20) How often do you release updates?
We ship iteratively based on roadmap priorities and verified user feedback. Stability and reliability are prioritized over cosmetic release volume.
21) Do you provide feature guides?
