This page lets you permanently delete your Clarity account and all data associated with it. We comply with Google Play's Data safety deletion policy and the EU GDPR right-to-be-forgotten.

Use the button below to delete your account instantly. This is the same action as the in-app "Delete my account" button.
This will permanently erase:
Your profile, email, and sign-in credentials
Step logs, hydration & food logs, activity history
Lesson progress, XP, streaks, achievements
Tasks, flow data, and calendar entries
Any Vault / finance / journal data still in the cloud
This cannot be undone. Device-only data (most finance, journal, and health data) will remain on your phone until you uninstall the app.
Option 1 — Delete in-app (fastest)
Open Clarity → Settings → Account → Delete my account. Your account and all cloud data are erased immediately.
Option 2 — Sign in and delete here
Sign in with the email you used to create your Clarity account.
Uses Firebase Authentication. Same credentials as the app.
Option 3 — Request deletion by email
If you can't sign in, fill the form below. We verify you own the email address and complete the deletion within 30 days (usually 24 hours).
What we keep (and why)
Support tickets you filed: retained 90 days for legal compliance (fraud prevention, audit trails).
Anonymised analytics: aggregated usage stats that can't be linked back to you.
Payment records: if you purchased a subscription, transaction records are retained 7 years per Singapore/EU financial regulations.
